The flavors:
 
1) Arcoiris: vanilla cake, marshmallow cream filling, layered with a pink and white sweet cream frosting, topped with shredded coconut and a piece of Arcoiris cookie.
2) Tamal con Mole: sweet corn cake, layered with our sweet, spicy, and chocolaty Mole topping, topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. **(contains nuts, wheat, mild heat)**
3) Cajeta: Goat's milk caramel cake, with goat's milk caramel frosting, topped with a colorful oblea (wafer) cookie.
4) Pirueta de Limon: lemon cake, filled with lemon curd, layered with lemon frosting, topped with sprinkles and a piece of Pirueta de Limon cookie.
